I have seen comments about the mess some of the dog owners leave as a dog owner I have no time for them, but I have not seen one complant about boat owners whos boats are mored just off the beach huts , when I have walked along there I have seen oil rubbish and fuel floating on top of the tide line also on the beach, I do not live in southend but used to like comming down for the day but not any more with MY wife and dog as southend is now classed as very un friendly to dogs, and a lot of My friends have stoped from going there for long weekends but because boat owners pay to more their boats to the council it is ok to make amess, double standards I think.
Get your finger out , let’s all get a barbecue for the beach by the sea life centre. Never seems to be anyone around to catch them … Wednesday 2.30pm
